Singer and model Qandeel Baloch was the most searched person by the Pakistanis, revealed Google on Wednesday in its annual ‘Year in Pakistan Search’ list.

Social media sensation Qandeel was allegedly killed by her brother in an apparent honour killing on July 16, 2016.

The murder took place when Qandeel was sleeping at her house in Muzaffabad, her parents said in a statement recorded to the police. Her parents were sleeping on the rooftop.

Momina Mustehsan, who shot to fame during Coke Studio Season 9, was also among the list while Pakistani seem to be quite interested with US elections as both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton made it to the list. Melania Trump, the wife of Donald Trump, also featured in the list.
