ISLAMABAD : CDA Flats to be built on government residences, building bye-laws to be amended, says Tariq Fazal , minister CADD. Senate chairman, Raza Rabbani does not allow tabling of ordinance for four amendments in  CDA Ordinance, 1960 in the upper house of parliament. Terms ordinances immoral in presence of parliament. Member administration, Yasir Peerzada working hard to dislodge the new chairman, Usman Bajwa. Every second officer complains  that he is overburdened while public complains that no work is free and they are forced to pay for their work. Rs 8 lac being quoted for every corrigendum of plots in sector I-14. Complaints abound that CDA counsels and law officers stopping files of public for extortion. A senior law officer Arif Malik has been sidelined in the law directorate.
